In 2005 I began training to be a Peak Pilates instructor at the Pilates Center in Berlin. Peak Pilates is one of the most prestigious Pilates training methods in the world. In addition to the completion of this internationally recognized training, I also attended the following workshops and trainings:

- Suzanne McCarty (Vienna, Austria)

The year 2007 marked the opening my own Pilates Center in Berlin. In late 2009 I moved to Ibiza, Spain, where I have been teaching Pilates to individuals, celebrities and giving retreats. since 2014 i am back in Berlin where i created my own pilates place in Steglitz/Zehlendorf and will continue giving retreats in Ibiza.

Request more prices.For small groups I offer instruction in Classical Pilates on mats and with small equipment. I keep the group small so that I can give the proper attention to each individual. This way all of my clients are sure to achieve the rapid and lasting effects of Pilates.
With one on one training, together we will create a specially designed program that will finally make it possible for you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Our focus and energy will be fine tuned where you need it most. Examples of this could be overall strength building, addressing muscular imbalances, weak or neglected muscle groups, and rehabilitation of old injuries.
In this course I will share the knowledge and experience I gained practicing Pilates during my pregnancy. This course is specially designed for pregnant women in order to aid in the birthing process. You will gain core strength and flexibility which will assist you greatly in the birthing process.
During my career I've been lucky enough to teach Pilates classes in Blind Association. This has not only filled me incredibly, but I've also seen how the Pilates classes have a positive effect on the visually impaired. As I verbally anleite teaching, it is the participants to perform the exercises without any problems.
The strengthening of the muscles, improving endurance and muscle coordination, improve posture, stimulate circulation and increased body awareness can be a great advantage in everyday life.
